AI Lead Generator is provided by Over 40s TC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age.
AI Lead Generator is a lead capture and AI-assisted nurture platform: it collects leads from your connected channels, generates and sends messages, schedules appointments and produces marketing content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are solely responsible for complying with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and equivalent international communication laws. You warrant that every lead entered into the system has given explicit consent to be contacted, and that all messaging sequences include a clear, immediate opt-out or unsubscribe mechanism. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without warning where spam, harassment or unsolicited messaging is detected.
AI Lead Generator is a software interface. If you choose to connect your own accounts or API keys with third-party providers (including OpenAI, Twilio, Zapier, Pabbly and similar), you are responsible for configuring and funding those accounts, and you agree to bear all API, messaging and carrier fees incurred through outbound SMS, WhatsApp and email routes.
You are responsible for your prompts, the content you upload, having the rights to that content, and for reviewing AI outputs before using them. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable and are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. You must not use AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the models. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts to enforce this. Rights-holders may report infringing content to support@aileadgenerator.online; we will review and remove where appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, models, documentation, designs and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Growth is $19.99 AUD per month (or $199 AUD per year) and Pro is $79 AUD per month; current prices are shown on our pricing page. Growth includes a 7-day free trial — you are not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for web purchases are handled by Over 40s TC through PayPal. See our Refund Policy. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by that store's terms and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Over 40s TC is the seller of record for subscriptions purchased on our website; payments are processed by PayPal. Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS or Android app are sold by Apple or Google, who act as the seller of record for those transactions; we use RevenueCat to verify those purchases. All customer service inquiries can be sent to support@aileadgenerator.online.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. After termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
