Paying with PayPal
How do I pay for a plan on the web?
Choose Growth or Pro on the pricing page. You are taken to PayPal to approve the subscription, then returned to the app with your plan already active.
Do I need a PayPal account?
You can pay with a PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's checkout. A PayPal account makes it easier to manage the subscription later.
What currency am I charged in?
All web prices are in Australian dollars (AUD): Growth is $19.99 per month or $199 per year, and Pro is $79 per month. PayPal converts from your own currency if needed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth includes a 7-day free trial, and you can sign up and use the free plan without entering any payment details.
When am I charged again?
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every 12 months, on the same date you first subscribed, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Open the More tab in the app and choose Manage subscription, or cancel from your PayPal account under Automatic Payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
My payment failed — what now?
PayPal retries a failed payment for a few days and your plan shows as past due in the meantime. Update your funding source in PayPal, or email support and we will help.
Apple App Store & Google Play billing
Can I subscribe inside the iPhone or Android app?
Yes. In the mobile apps, Growth and Pro are purchased with your Apple ID or Google Play account, so billing sits alongside your other app subscriptions.
Does an app store subscription work on the website too?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and your plan and features unlock everywhere — phone, tablet and web.
How do I cancel an Apple or Google subscription?
Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Google: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling in the app store stops future renewals.
Can I pay with PayPal on my phone instead?
If you signed up on the website, your PayPal subscription keeps working on your phone. New purchases made inside the mobile app must use Apple or Google, as their rules require.
Refunds & the 30-day window
What is the refund window?
30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase, ask for a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will arrange it.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@aileadgenerator.online with the email address on your account or your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
What about purchases made through Apple or Google?
Apple and Google handle billing and refunds for purchases made in their stores, so request those refunds directly from them. Contact us if you get stuck and we will help you through it.
Does a refund cancel my subscription?
Yes — a refunded subscription is cancelled so you are not billed again. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
